All payments are processed by a licensed, encrypted payment gateway on its own pages — Naql never stores your card details. Where online payment isn't offered, bank transfer is available instead.

Yes — once the contract is active your vehicle appears on the live map in your account through to completion.

A tax invoice built to Federal Tax Authority requirements is issued automatically with every hire contract, and appears under Invoices in your account to print or download.

Once your company registration is approved, add your vehicles and their drivers under "Vehicles". Matching hire requests for your fleet's category, capacity and location reach you automatically.

No — you can connect any GPS tracker you already own (see below), or simply rely on the driver app to share position while on duty, with no extra hardware at all.

The advance (30% by default) is paid before the vehicle moves, and the balance settles on contract completion — exactly as stated on each contract.

A valid trade licence and your contact details. For Abu Dhabi commercial transport vehicles we also recommend entering your ITC / Abu Dhabi Mobility operating permit and, per vehicle, its Asateel registration — see the compliance question below.

A job card records each repair (regular or accident) with parts, labour, before/after photos and the customer's signature — and converts into an invoice in one step.

Yes — every part is logged with its supplier, warranty period and a periodic health reading (like a battery's output volts), and the platform flags it in good time to make a warranty claim before it lapses.

Yes — job card invoices land in the same invoice register and feed straight into profit & loss and the VAT return.

5% is calculated per line automatically with unbroken sequential invoice numbering; the VAT 201 return data is built under "VAT returns", ready to file.

A working-paper pack (against the AED 375,000 threshold and the indicative 9% rate) is prepared under "Corporate tax prep" to hand to your tax advisor — this is general information, not tax advice.

Any staff member — driver, workshop technician or client-company user — can log a simple out-of-pocket expense from the phone or the website; it lands in the company's one consolidated register for whoever manages the books, while each person sees only their own entries.

Emirates ID, passport, visa, labour card, licence and medical each carry an expiry date and a stored document scan, with a 60-day expiring-soon list.

If the vehicle has no fitted tracker, the Naql app alone is enough — it shares your position only while you are on duty.

Sign-in activity is logged with source IP and outcome, with configurable rate limits. Naql's own staff use mandatory two-factor authentication; company administrators can switch it on for their own accounts.

Every company carries an ITC operating-permit field with its expiry, and every commercial transport vehicle carries an operating-licence field and an Asateel-registration field. These are internal tracking aids only — always check the current officially approved tracking-device list on the Abu Dhabi Mobility website (admobility.gov.ae) before installing any device.

From the "Delete my data" link at the bottom of every public page, or from inside your account. There is a 30-day grace period to change your mind before permanent deletion.
