Delete my account and data

This permanently removes your personal data from Citizen Global Transport — the same request you can make from Account → Delete my account inside the mobile app.

Request deletion

You are not signed in. Enter the email address and password of the account you want deleted so we can verify it belongs to you.

Forgot your password? Reset it first, then return here. If you can no longer access your email, contact hello@citizenautomobile.com from any address and we will verify your identity manually.

Keep you signed in, remember your preferred language, and protect your account from forgery and abuse (CSRF, rate limiting). These can't be switched off — the platform doesn't work without them.

Help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. Off by default, and only used with your permission.

Reserved for measuring the effectiveness of our own communications in future. Not currently in use, off by default, and never shared with third-party ad networks.
